At the northeast part of Aigina Island, in a small, traditional, beautifull village named Ag. Marina is the place where you can find Isidora Hotel Ag Marina even that is a small village, is a very well organised place offering all kind of touristic services and relaxed vacations. It is biggest organised sandy beach on the island with shallow water. You can hire sunbeds with umbrellas, paddle boats and canoes or play volley in the water! There are various places on the beach where you can drink your Greek coffee, eat delicious food or listen to great music. This beach is ideal for families with kids.

Travel information

From Piraeus there are several ferries to Aegina. There are ferries of Hellenic Seaways (used to be Saronic) and the ferry Agios Nektarios which is a seperate company. There are 2 Hydrofoil companies: Hellenic Seaways and Vasilopoulos. There is also a fast Catamaran service to Aegina. Prices of tickets vary depending on the ferry you take. Agios Nektarios is the cheapest (single ticket 4 euro) and Hellenic Seaways is the most expensive (single ticket around 9 euro). You can find the exact timetables at the ticketoffices at the quay, the entrance door of the ferry also displays the time the ferry will leave.
